When the citizens are treated fairly despite of their color, race or social class that they belong to highly promotes good teamwork and understanding between each other. This kind of spirit promotes high community service in Australia as team work is the basic requirement between the citizens themselves. Compassion is also important. No one is allowed to abuse the right of one another and if such case is reported, there is a fine placed on such criminals. Each and every individual is entitled to the privileges that their country is entitled to without any discrimination. All the citizens should participate in the activities that develop the nation for example participating in the community services of the nation and growth on the region. The individuals should take care of their nation by reporting those who break the laws of the nation and the criminals who abuse
