Nowadays, every company is trying to attain their objectives in an optimum manner. this
is much important tool than others which also helps to make the business sustainable. Computer
is an essential tool by which the efficiency of the firm can be attained. In every organisation,
computer helps to improve the performance. That is why, Healey Ltd can perform very well.
But, there is a need to develop skills so that the user can get the optimum advantage through this.

for improving its productivity through continuous process improvements. This report is based on
Healy's management system which is require to manage and direct an information system
properly so that those improvements can help in working efficiency of the IT sector. There is
some kind of product innovation as well as new workers skills which are trained according to the
latest technologies provided by the IT industries and then it helps in facilitating the work every
properly ad in an effective manner. This report basically deals with analysing information
technology and their advantages that can basically be required for improving their productivity
as well as enhance their quality of this management firm.
2 Findings
Total cost of the product is used in order to make the business decisions for the firm. This
will also need to make the business sustainable and able to assess about whether it would need to
produce goods or buy from suppliers. This will help out to make the business operations
effective and efficient. This is the main thing which is required to be know about the firm
success.

There is requirement of these skills for causing of enhancement in employee productivity.
In reality there are some points which cannot be ignored. There is some kind of plan or routine
that need to be followed for making business to success. But there can be many unavoidable
factors which cannot be ignored if this company wants to make their employees to flourish in
