l壱HELPING RELATIONSHIP
Helping relationship can be initiate and developed with keeping ethical and appropriate
boundaries in between client and company. Helping relationship is initiated in the professional
manner only . Helping relationship is conclude at the time of task is finish.
l壱Initiation of relationship
Relationship will be initiated with the help of five stage process. The stage includes Helping
Clients Create Goals, Establishing a Working Relationship, Identifying Clients' Problems,
Encouraging Client Exploration and Taking Action and Termination.
l壱Appropriate setting
The appropriate setting should be calm, private and with the good light and most importantly it
should be simple so that any ones mind does not distract with any objective around them.
l壱Importance of telling time and confidentiality
Important of telling time and confidentially to the client is that it will give the message to the
client that there is a good bit of the professionally is maintained. This will eventually build good
impression.
l壱Equality
Equality can be maintained by making sure that the all the relationship should be done with the
client should be done on the same terms and condition.
l壱Ethical consideration
Ethical consideration of the relationship is that high level of confidentiality should be maintained
regarding the information. This can be done by involving less number of employee in
relationship process.
l壱Limitations
The biggest limitation is the confidence of mine while performing the activity to achieve
something. This can be communicated by keeping the mind clear at every point of the time
during the task.
l壱Emphatic relationship
Few thing need to consider at the time of developing emphatic relationship that is try to talk as a
friend to the stranger and also make sure that the tone of the communication is at softer side.
Also has to make sure that they are open up toward all the client.
