different diseases which old age people suffers a lot. This is very much needed by everyone in
the present situation to be fir and maintain a healthy life so that they can live strongly in their old
age and fit for longer time. About 47.5 million persons currently have depression, a figure that
just by 2050 is projected to almost triple in scale.
