impact on business. It is now impossible to imagine a firm that has not benefited from the
digital revolution. Information technology is being used in a variety of industries, including
agriculture, with noteworthy results. Computers are employed in every area for storing
production records, procurement, research for improvement, and other tasks.The key for
today's business is to combine innovation and information technology. Knowing how to build
crisp information and technology recruiting options is critical. Otherwise, the company is
certain to fail (DeCoskey, 2015).

1.INTRODUCTION
Innovation technology has been a steady and progressive process for most of the modern
period.Even for think tanks, innovation was a solitary genius's domain. In general, certain
individuals, groups, or organisations innovated, and the general public and others gradually
followed and adopted the plan. In today's world, a company's success depends on its ability to
innovate. In 1980, however, the situation was quite different. At the time, innovation
technology was not required for commercial success. A business can achieve a higher level
simply by developing a successful line model. Following tradition was a sensible strategy to
stay with a firm at the time. (Selom, 2021). However, in today's day and age, individuals are
constantly innovating and putting it to better use.However, in today's day and age, individuals

productivity, data storage, and, in a nutshell, profitability.
2.LITERATURE REVIEW
Ames (2015) stated that the main target of safeguarding data is to protect it from getting
changed.IT department makes sure that the data is safe. They will insure that protected data is
nothampered, it is not lost or get into those hands who will miss use it. The wrong hand can
also makes changes of various data which will makes the business looks bad. Debugging is
the process of repairing faulty items in order to address a computer problem. When
something goes wrong, troubleshooting is used to figure out what's wrong and to solve it. If a
company's software isn't working properly, the IT office is the place to go for help. In
general, IT resolves all issues quickly.
Any company's IT team is in responsible of keeping the system secure and keeping the
database up to date. It is a risk that people, rather than staff, will distort any company's data.
It is the responsibility of the IT department to ensure that this does not occur. The IT
department prevents attacks and losses (Duncan, 2021). A cloud-based solution is an internet-
based system that allows any type of saved data to be accessible from anywhere at any time.
For managing personnel all around the world or locally, all corporations, large and small, use
cloud-based solutions (Ames, 2015).
Today's industry must be grateful to communication for its continuous improvement.
Comprehension is one of the most essential functions. The explanation to what customers
demand is now the most influential concern. Solving challenges or meeting customers'
requirements by supplying the proper items helps to increase customer happiness and
business success. Today's simple communication system makes commerce so simple that
customers may order items and services from the comfort of their own homes (Duncan,
2021).
Amazon determines the amount of prospective buyers and what they are inclined to pay.
They offer advice on their goods. Amazon has created a recommender system utilising AI.
And that system delivers Amazon with 35% of their sales (Duncan, 2021). Amazon's first
move was to create a data set. To produce the data set, the organisation created a large
number of categories, with over 190 created. One hundred and twenty activities were
