their owner to share details about services and products provided by them. Using technology they

it is very tough to assume a business without it. Use of information technology in business make it
easy for an entrepreneur and management to control their business. The Tower Hotel is one of the
biggest hotel in UK, they have used technology in their organisation which helps them in many
ways like globalisation, management, and in many other ways. But some time organisation have to
face some problems related to ethics and in social factors. Some of these ethical and social issues
are:-
Ethical issues – Ethics are the part of philosophy related to morals of human and business.
Some of these issues are as follow:-
Privacy – When it comes to ethical issues, privacy comes first for any organisation. The
Tower Hotel is basically carrying huge data, which they use to store within the system.
