INTRODUCTION
Management refers to set of practices for establishing business strategy in order to
accomplish objectives. The current report will include organizational structure along with
advantages & disadvantages of different types and management theories. Present study will
include business, marketing and management function by specifying roles & responsibilities. It
will show role of HR, Talent Management (TM) and organizational culture.

Organization Structure (OS) provides framework regarding how business activities will be
conducted for achieving goals. It comprises clarity related to roles, responsibilities, rules, etc.
there are different types of OS which aid company to get achieve desire outcomes.
Functional structure (FS)
It breaks up the company according to specialization of subordinates in functions (Jones
and Jenkins, 2021). In addition to this, it divides business activities into marketing, operation,
research and development, etc.
