Within the business organisation it may involves the several issues that can be shown below: Compliance with the laws and regulations- It is the major current issue that an organisation can face. In this firm will face the issue related to changing employment laws. In this the manager can highly focus on implementing the employees related laws for their well-being within the company due to this prominent results can be enjoyed. This compliancehelps in providing the guidance to the organisation relation to achieve the overall goals based on profits and sustainability.For instance- Tesco Plc, manager 1
