Introduction:
The management of the people at the work is about the providing them training and
development, having effective control over the activities of the organisation so that goals and
objectives can be achieved in the most profitable manner. It include various activities such as
talent identifying and retention of employees which helps in achieving the task in proper ways.
under this report ,the Nissan ,which is a car manufacturer organisation offering various type of
luxury car for the its target customer at the international market . further there will be discussion
on the leadership and management in the organisation, different type of training and
development programs ,human resource department . (Wankhade. and Wei, 2015. )
The workforce management is necessary part of the organisation as it help in controlling the
talent acquisition of the organisation. in the context of the Nissan, the HR manager focus on
controlling and managing the all the important function of the organisation so that final goals and
objectives can be achieved in the profitable manner. The organisation carry out the all the
programs such as starting from the recruitment and selection process, providing them the proper
training so that they can develop the effective skills and retain the existing employees at the
work so that company can save the time and money to hire the new employees.
Main body:
Every organisation need the human management in their environment so that task can be
performed more effectively and it include the managing and controlling the employees of the
organisation in proper way so all the employee work for achieving the common goals within the
set time period. with the reference, of the Nissan the organisation apply different human resource
management practice which includes managerial and advisory function in their organisation so
that all the task can be competed in the effective manners. the organisation are able to recruit
skills and capability employee so that task can be competed into proper manners and company
are able to take the competitive advantages in the target market places. The HR manager and
leader make the polices and different strategies which help in achieving the goals in profitable
manners and within the set time period. (Webb2019)
