related with overall Human Resource Department in every organisation. It is a function that is
very important to be performed with high amount of perfection as employees are one of the most
important aspects for any organisation and there is necessity to manage them in most effective
manner. Present report is based on this and that is an automobile manufacturer is dealing in
selling cars under their brand name since the year 1993 (Adebisi, Adejuyigbe, . and Amos,
2020). The headquarters of Nissan are present in Yokohama present report basically discusses
about. Ant functions of management in organisation further there is discussion on different
training practices that are used as a development approach and further how in a organisation.

organisation and not a specific department.
