understand the general issues that every human resource manager is facing that how they can use
the valuable resources that gives the best benefits. so, the further discussion is about the issues
that managers is facing in order to people management in the organization Sainsbury.
The gig economy- there are many of the talented people have decided to left the
workforce that is purely in the traditional form. This decision is exchanged from the freelance
work related to their area of the expertise. This will give them the flexibility that is desirable
from them. As well as most of the best employee wanted to work independent within the
organization without facing any authority pressure (Hanley Shogren and White 2019). This will
also give the good working structure to the employee but provide the huge number of challenges
