This research proposal aims to investigate and review the strategies employed by restaurants in London to promote healthy eating habits. It will focus on a case study of Nando's, a popular Afro-Portuguese restaurant chain, in the Barking borough. The study will explore the rationale behind promoting healthy eating, identify the specific strategies implemented by Nando's, and analyze their impact on customer satisfaction and well-being. The research will utilize a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis techniques.
