INTRODUCTION
The concept of health promotion is related with the process of enabling people to increase
control over their health and mental wellness and other determinants in order to motivate them to
improve their health (Nuttman & et.al., 2020). Thank you for providing an opportunity for
reviewing the health promotion strategy in relation with renowned health institute of Australia,
Alfred Health. I am writing to provide a result of the review and for providing key
recommendations regarding frameworks of Health promotion and safety. As a State owned body
of the Victorian state government in Australia and with increasing health related responsibilities.
Through implementation of a health promotion framework, Alfred Health can make wide
reaching impact on public health, wellbeing and safety issues, and over social life of people
preventing deaths, injuries and illness. I have gratitude for you to spare some time in reviewing
the report and I really look forward for working with you in future.
Main Body
Overview of the selected organisation and current status of health promotion
The organisation selected for current project is Alfred Health which is a Victorian state
government owned organization that is engaged in providing best and affordable public health
services in Country. The organization has a wide range speciality in providing necessary health
care services to all sorts of patients in market and make no distinction in providing preferable
treatment to any needy person. Alfred health provides its own safety manuals on various subjects
like bike safety, manual for staff in managing working environment, and necessary information
regarding practical interventions and legal obligations to people are also provided (Smith &
et.al., 2017). In overall respect, Alfred health is a health institute but it also provides necessary
education in maintaining health and addressing its issues for general public as well. Alfred
Health also invest in research and innovation in providing to secure sustainability of Health
industry in Australia. Alfred Health also take care that no harms are made while providing health
care facilities to patient individuals and people associating them in the hospital. Various allied
health services that Alfred Health provides while providing care and treatment includes Aged
