b) Purpose and Justification
￮ Main purpose is proposing future internet design for IoT
￮ Various limitations in previous work of creating IoT
environment are;
o There is no standard technology used in development
of IoT applications
o Most standard protocol is not used in IoT applications
To overcome these, there is need to create a IoT device
capable of supporting heterogenous networks. Though there is
an increase in IoT devices, there is a critical problem in the
network architecture (Uckelmann, Harrison& Michahelles,
2011)
