This article discusses the implementation of IP communication infrastructure for audio and video streaming. It analyzes three problems faced by a company and provides possible solutions and recommendations. The problems include implementing a workable IP communication infrastructure, providing efficient communication, and remotely assessing power requirements. The recommended solution is Power over Ethernet.

1. Introduction
The small nesting population of laughing Owl in conservation department is to implement
the organization management that provides the ability to stream video and audio from the each
nested sites. The Big Cape Island is recently visited by the company that needs to implement the
ongoing management that is requested to provide the video and audio streaming. Generally, the
video needs to be streamed live back to the Invercargill office that provides the site security. The
company has three problems that are needed to resolve. Here the research is how to implement
the IP communication infrastructure that allows the users to stream all live video content. Also,
ensures the wireless infrastructure and specification of any communications media
recommendations. Finally, analyzing the efficient and effective communication for the
Invercargill offices by using the unlimited Vodafone fiber Internet connection
2. Discussion and Analysis of the Problem
The company ongoing management needs to provide the ability to stream video and audio
from each nested sites. But, it has three problems that are needed to be resolved. The first
problem is to implement the workable IP communication infrastructure (Comer, 2015). The
implementation of IP communication infrastructure is used to allow the stream all live video
content. And, it ensures the wireless infrastructure suggestion that will operate within a New
Zealand General user radio license. Another problem is that the company does not provide the
efficient communication. So, the company will provide the possible solution for required
communications infrastructure. Final problem is that the company does not have required power
requirement. So they will provide the required power level at each needed location.
3. Possible Solution and Recommendations
The company needs to analyze the three problems and to resolve the problems to provide the
effective management ("Introduction to Cisco Network Design", 2018).
3.1 Problem – 1
The first problem is to implement the IP communication infrastructure to provide the
streaming video and audio content for an organization. The company ongoing management

needs to provide the streaming video and audio content. So, users need to implement the IP
communication infrastructure to allow the streaming of video and audio for an organization. The
IP communication infrastructure is used to access the organization data and applications. It is
important need for effective business communication across the geographies. It is used to
provide the reliable voice services and advanced productivity. The organization voice and video
architectures provide the unified communications and offers the business an alternative,
transformations channel for collaboration, connectivity and communications. The unified
communications are used to unite an organizations audio and video data from five locations into
a single converged network ("Considerations in Planning a Network Infrastructure", 2018). It
enhances the productivity throughout the organizations. It improves the agility of the business
that allows the organizations to centralize the call management activities. The organization video
and audio interface requires the multimedia equipment. The installation of larger Audio and
video with various sources and display are spreading over several physical locations need to
more evolved connectivity ("IP Infrastructure Planning | Welcome", 2018). It becomes the IP
networks that are used to enable the scalability and flexibility required by various applications in
the organization. The IP communication infrastructure should keep the system latency
sufficiently low for live use cases. The organizations also need to improve the 4K video quality
by using the Viper 4K HDMI technology. It is used to provide the actual latency measurement
for streaming live video and audio content. The basic processing stage of Audio and video over
IP communication infrastructure is shown below (Cloquet & Baudet, 2018).

3.2 Problem – 2
The second problem is resolved by providing the required communication infrastructure for
an organization. The organization needs to provide the efficient communications. The
organization needs to decide that each camera station needs email and telephone access. The IP
communication infrastructure is used to establish the improvement of visibility and ensures the
organization flexibility to change requirements without incurring a huge cost of sale. It enables
to deliver the high quality services and it manages the associated risks (Kurose & Ross, 2017).
The Communication infrastructure is generally providing the efficient communication for an
organization. In audio and video architecture, the camera station has the email and telephone
access for a nested location ("West Unified Communications & Conferencing Services", 2018).
Generally, the communication infrastructure is used to serves as the backbone for all voice, video
and data traffic across the organization networks. It is critical importance to an organization daily

operation such as proper planning, infrastructure operations, installation and engineering. It
provides the timely and effective end user support to resolve the problems and also provide the
assistance. It protects the business interest and technology investment through the effective IT
policies and practices.
3.3 Problem – 3
The user network is remotely assessing the power requirements that are used to provide the
required power levels at each needed location. In user network, the recommend method is power
over Ethernet and it is the ability for the LAN switching infrastructure (Peterson & Davie, 2012).
It is used to provide the power over a copper Ethernet cable to an end point. It supports the
emerging the IP telephony deployments. It enables the manageable and scalable power delivery.
It also simplifies the deployments of IP telephony ("Video over IP", 2018). It opens the door to a
new generation of network attached devices like point of sale devices, building the automation,
video cameras, Industrial automation and security access control devices (Tanenbaum &
Wetherall, 2014). It is used to create a new world of networked appliances and it provides the
power and data connectivity over existing Ethernet cables. It also delivers the 48 VDC power
over the same cable as Ethernet. It uses high manageable power sourcing equipment and a
powered device that is end devices that is used to accept and uses the power from the Ethernet

sued to ensure the understanding of the various software and hardware configuration. It contains
the Power over Ethernet line cards to understand the Power over Ethernet power budget
requirements. It is used to calculate the power consumption, number of power suppliers and
system thermal output required for an organization network requirement. It provides the high
power level for organizations. So, it provides the effective and efficient network for an
organization.
4. Conclusion
The organization needs to implement the three problems and provide the possible solutions.
The organization ongoing management needs to provide the stream audio and video content from
the each nested sites. The first problem is to implement the IP communication infrastructure to
provide effective streaming video and audio content. The IP communication infrastructure also

provides the security for an organization. The second problem is used to provide the required
communication infrastructure for an organization. The organization needs to provide the efficient
communications. The user network is remotely assessing the power requirements that are used to
provide the required power levels at each needed location. The recommended method is Power
over Ethernet. It is used to provide the ability for the LAN switching infrastructure.
