INTRODUCTION
University is an institution for higher education and research that contribute in awarding
academic degree for professional growth and development. It is a place where an individual’s
learn new skills, capabilities and knowledge which can be used in personal and professional
career. So, they are not just getting a good job but also help in educating, enhancing knowledge
of students so that they can easily complete specific task and achieve higher success and growth
in future circumstances. This report has included crucial information pertaining to plan to get
maximum benefits from university education. Or the way it will lead me in getting better job
opportunity in reputable organisation for achievement of professional goals.

Benefits of university education or reason for going to university
There are many student that are going to University for higher education in Australia as
compared to before such as in 1971 there are only 2% population over 15 year old that have a
Bachelor degree. But the percentage has been increased to 25% in 2013, moreover last year there
are around 1149300 students that have enrolled in Bachelor degree or above. Furthermore, the
department of education, skills and employment working to ensure that Australian student have
better experience in terms of qualitative education, skills and employment for economic growth
and development (Seven ways universities benefit society, 2017). As per my perspective the
University provide a wide range of benefits to student to improve their existing knowledge,
capabilities and skills. Likewise:
Universities are economic engines: While pursing my studying related to nursing I realised that
university contribute in developing student to find innovative and creative ideas or learn new
skills. They contribute in building skills that can helps in competing in increasing global
workplace or getting reputable job in future circumstances. Through this I am able to developed
innovative or creative ideas to deliver services to patient in my professional career so that it can
be easily treated.
University experience helps me in preparing for my work: Through university education I am
able to learn the way activities or task are performed in the real life workplace. It also helps in
understanding key skills, knowledge and experience that nursing student must have in order to
