Islam religion has started since 570 AD and all its followers believe in one God (Allah) and Muhammad was the prophet of Islam (messenger of God) who delivered the teachings of Islam in Mecca and Medina, Saudi Arabia (CNN, 2018). All business ethics and morals are decided by Sharia law in Islam (CNN, 2018)." Kadir (2017) stated that “The Islamic religion provides a great balance and comprehensive guidance in both the spiritual and social matters with rules and regulations in the routine issues such as hygiene, diet, education, work, the roles of people, and positive work attitude.” Islam religion has the second largest followers around the world (BBC, 2014). Muslims believe in the businesses which follow the ethics and morals according to Sharia. And those businesses who adhere to such virtuescongruously, they can become worldwide familiar to attract the people. Therefore, which business works by maintaining equal balance to religious values as well as business moralities and ethics according to that religion rules, that businesses can always achieve the success and higher brand value. Malaysia is an example where halal food is served with all Sharia rules, and they do not compromise with quality and ethics (Albattat, 2018). It has given Malaysian food businesses and hotels an opportunity to increase theirhalal tourism and halal hotel industry where people from different countries come especially for their food and other tourist activities. They have set stringent rules to follow business ethics according to Sharia compliant. Multinational companies also work on the same strategies and ethics while running their businesses in Islamic countries. They give the training to their staff to follow the Sharia rules in their all operations to run their business successfully. Hotel businesses serving Halal foods: Restaurants are expected and required to provide only Halal foods while running in Muslim countries or communities. It gives them more opportunity to make their brand value and popularity by following such strategies of making halal foods. Cloth business: Cloth businesses are also required to follow business ethics and moralities according to Sharia and who provides the clothes according to Islam religion and festivals for both genders and for different age of people, they always become dominant in Muslim societies. Moreover, they are considered to be safer for women to go shopping with full ease. Women’s involvement in business operations: Organizations which are involving women into the business operations and providing them full security and safety by following the religious rules at working places are always gaining high trust values among Muslim societies. From last few years, women’s in Muslim countries have also started to drive cabs and taking full participation in all other business operations equally to men. Those firms are providing full security on workplaces especially to the women staff. All of these features are not only empowering the Muslim people and religion believes but also benefiting their whole country’s economy simultaneously. Those countries are progressing at rapid speed with both in the Islamic context and business ethics and moralities in the parallel, e.g., United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and many more.
