Islamophobia and Islamic Radicalism both are different terms but connected with each
other. Islamophobia is typically fear, hate, or partiality against Muslims or Islamic
religion, especially when viewed as a source of terrorism or geopolitical force. On the
other side, Islamic radicalism is a process in which people perform terrorism and
violence in the name of region1. The following essay will highlight about the
Islamophobia and Islamic radicalism, justification of both terms and identify the problem
about labeling. The essay will also discuss that hard truth is reflected by these terms or
not.
Islamic Radicalism and Islamophobia both are exclusivist belief systems that endure or
flourish by accusing, criticizing and disdaining the additional and such extra exclusivist
philosophies do not happen in a vacuum. Social and political settings are considered as
the foundations of Radicalism and Islamophobia. Islamophobia as like other prejudicial
belief systems (such as bigotry, hostile to Semitisms and xenophobia) have profound
