Hospitality management is a study of service industry whose main objective is to serve
consumers with various facilities such as; food or beverages, hotel rooms, vehicles and so on
(Kusluvan and et. al., 2010). However, number of multinational companies are engaged in this
sector for acquiring maximum revenue as well as to establish their goodwill at marketplace.
Therefore, degree which is required in hospitality are ; BA, Bachelor of business administration,
MBA, PhD, BASc, hotel management and so on. Thus assignment is going to highlight the three
main issues or problems which is faced by a student while searching employment opportunities
in hospitality industry.

According to survey report it has been analysed that service industry is growing in a
fastest way due to increment in consumer demand and their choices. In fact, most of the students
are loving this profession because of its benefits and high level of income. Basically, various
number of companies are emerging in hospitality sector for offering best job opportunity to
eligible person. However, their main objective is to serve domestic as well as foreign clients by
