INTRODUCTION
Global environment plays very essential role in the overall development of the economic
as it helps in creating ample number of job opportunities. In the present report, a scenario is
given where it has been said that from last 61 year in Malaysia there is a formation of new
government (Ferraro and Briody, 2017). This as a result develop hopes in the people of country
that there might be economic as well as social growth which assist every individual in a positive
manner. Apart from this, the end result which is faced by the people living within the country is
that there is decline in the economy along with falling of exchange rate. This affect the overall
economic system of the country in a negative manner.
Summary and Critical Discussion
It has been said that due to change in government in Malaysia after almost 61 year, it was
said by individuals living within the country that there might be enhancement in economic as
well as social growth so that various benefits will be gain by them in a positive manner. It is said
that the main reason behind this is new government changes the old strategies and policies
adopted by the government and develop there own structure so that they can gain various
positive responses from the people living within the country (Wood and et. al., 2015). But on the
other hand, the actual thing which is seen by individuals is that the overall economic and social
progress get affected in a negative manner and does not go well according to the planning done
by the new government. It has been said that economic elements which commonly influences the
business consist of consumer behaviour, interest rates, inflation and many more. All these factors
highly affect the business functionality of Malaysia in a negative and positive manner (Wood and
et. al., 2015). Some of the major reasons due to which country faces slowdown in the economy
and falling of exchange rate are going to be discussed as follows:
