TERRORISM – NATURAL DISASTER – POLITICAL TURMOIL

Introduction
 Tourism is travelling outside and staying in newer environments.
 Tourism includes various forms, including inbound, outbound,
domestic, international and the like.
 It is one of the most important financial tool for a country.
 the purpose of the article is to discuss about the challenges that are
found in the industry

Terrorism:
 Terrorism can be defined as the use of violence to generate fear among the
population.
 Essentially includes the political and economic aspects.
 The term was coined during French Revolution and has an intense stigma.

Impacts of Terrorism:
 Impacts upon the choices of
destination among the /tourists.
 The traffic gets affected in a severe
sense.
 The traffic flows are fallen irrespective
of the reduction in the changes.
 Business ,travel cases gets reduced
significantly.
 Impacts upon the types of vehicle,
chosen by the customers.

Impacts of Terrorism:
 One of the major purpose of the terrorist
attack is the religious factors.
 Terrorism also affects the economy of
the country.
 Terrorism hugely impacts upon the noted
and significant establishments of the
country.

Natural Disasters:
 Natural disaster refers to the adverse
natural phenomenon that result from the
natural processes of earth.
 Theses are the events that have fatal
impacts on the human, plant and animal
lives on the earth.
 These essentially takes place because of
the processes of earth.
 Example include, flood, volcanic eruption,
earthquakes, tsunamis and the like.

Impact of Natural Disasters:
 Natural disasters potentially affects the tourism industry.
 The travelers change their plans.
 The security and the safety of the travelers are influenced.

Impact of Natural Disasters:
 The country has been potentially harmed by
the natural disasters on the fronts of
tourism.
 The country experiences earthquakes
regularly.
 The financial grounds of the country
therefore is affected.
 Also, the tourist spots are also affected
because of the same.

Political Turmoil:
 It is a complex and multidimensional
term.
 Can be described as a condition of the
country where the government has
toppled.
 There I a lack of socio- political control.
 The maintenance of the control and
government is unstable and periodical.

Impact of Political Turmoil:
 The tourism industry of the country is
one of the most profitable industries.
 A huge aspect of the economy is
dependent upon this industry.
 A continuous growth has been
perceived.
 The government policies are one of the
major reason for the growth which is
now steadily affecting the industry.

Impact of Political Turmoil:
 The changing trends have not been
adapted to.
 Lack in the funds for the maintenance.
 Lagged attitude in the approval processes.
 No innovation.
 Changes in the policies.

Conclusion:
 Tourism is one of the most profitable industry.
 The above discussion has highlighted the barriers.
 The government of the country must be more careful.
 The aspects of terrorism and political turmoil cab be easily addressed
and redressed and the country must look into these aspects.
