This report will discuss about IT cloud company which is the software based company in
UK and providing IT related solution to their targeted market. This report will analyse aims and
objectives of business idea. Further will evaluate 4 P's of marketing mix and marketing
strategies developed by the company. This report will also analyse USP of the product or
services provided by the company.
MAIN BODY
Marketing mix
Marketing mix consists of 4 P's of marketing which are as follows:
product-
IT cloud deals in products and services which are related to data security, antivirus, email
services etc. they provide all the IT related services to their clients and also provides freelancing
services in other countries like Africa.
Price-
skimming pricing strategy is followed by the company in order to attract more customers
towards their services which is provided by them. With the help of this strategy company will be
able to increase their market share and also improve company's reputation in the market.
Promotion-
social media marketing is used by company for promoting their services. Promoting services
through social media will be cost effective and also target more audience in less time.
Place-
company have offline stores in UK where they sell their services. Client can also purchase their
services via online and they also provide freelancing services.
Marketing strategies
target market-
the target market of IT cloud will be small software based companies of developed countries.
The reason for targeting small companies are they require IT solution because they don't have
team of experts.
Customer buying behaviour-
purchasing power of customer can affect company's sales. High purchasing power will help
company in getting more profits.
