Obesity cause a lot of damages to the health of both men and women
The main diseases like hypertension, type 2 diabetes, heart disease,
stroke, asthma, cancer, and back pain can be caused by obesity
Obesity can lead to the mental disorder of the adults which affects the
life of the adults
From the evidence, it has been observed that mood disorder, low self-
esteem, eating problems, interpersonal communication issues, and
impaired body damage affect the quality of the life of the persons
