Introduction
Information Technology has been one of the most accepted terminology that has been
growing as a unit. This includes the fact that the commencement for the project will be
performed with the help of the management system. This leads to the fact that the corporate
sector that is implementing the projects that are innovated with the help of the management of
the IT innovation gets highly efficient in nature and this is the reason that the acceptance of the
IT innovation in the mechanism of the project management has been increasing in a very fast
rate. This report will provide the discussion of 4 IT innovated projects that have been emerging
in today’s society. Proper discussion of the project terminologies are termed as the project and
scope description. This report will also provide the terminology including the projection of the
issues that are faced by the product or the factors that results in success of the project. This report
will also provide the Internal and external factors that are present in each project and which
affects the functioning of the project in a direct rate. This report also provides the
recommendation that are required for better completion of the project. This is one of the main
reason that this project will help in better completion of the tasks in an efficient manner.

Discussion
Automated cars are one of the most important aspect that has been gaining importance in
today’s society. This leads to the fact that the acceptance of the automated cars that implements
the projection of the communication in a more efficient manner. TESLA has been one of the
biggest manufacturers of the automated cars. The performance that is provided by the business
organization has been very high and this leads to the fact that the emergence of the project has
been very high. The technologies that are performed in order to commence the aspect that the

project management will be performed with the help of appliances namely the LIDAR and the
sensors that are used in the project. These appliances are the most important appliances that
decides the functionally of the project (Carrera, Izurieta and Carrera 2018, page number: 34 ).
GPS system is also included among the appliances that are used in the project.
The main advantage that is enjoyed in the management of the project incudes the fact that
the communication in within the city gets easier and the chances of occurrence of accidents also
reduces. This is one if the main reason that the acceptance of the project has been ever increasing
in nature. With the introduction of the automated cars the benefit that amazes the project
managers the most includes the parking of the cars automatically without prior process and this
is one of the main reason that it gets easier for the drivers as the drivers might not be highly
skilled in order to drive the car. This acts as the main benefit that helps in better commencement
of the transportation.
Lessons Learned
Despite there are several advantages in the automated cars the man issue that is present in the
management of the automated car as follows:-
•Drivers that are required for handling the automated cars must be efficiency in both field
that are the driving and must be poses the technical knowledge regarding the projection of the
management of the automated cars. The main issue that is present in the course of
management of driving car. These requirement makes the commencement of the project to be
very unrealistic as most of the drivers are not technically efficient in nature. This leads to the
fact that the functioning of the automated cars gets difficult and this acts to be a vital cause
behind lack of publicity of the automated car.
