 Call Management: Marcia would like an efficient call management system
implemented within the organization. The system should be able to provide the
employees of the organization an efficient function, which would enhance the process
for contacting the customer. The call handling process should also minimize the
waiting time for the customers of the organization. The requests made by the
customer would be completed as soon as possible. The automated system would
nullify the issues for the customer regarding waiting in queues. The call of the
customer would be recorded efficiently in the system and as per the record; the details
of the service requested by the customer would be recorded. The customer request
would be then allocated as early as possible and customers would be satisfied with the
immediate response.
 Invoice management: The invoice management system would be helpful for the
organisation for managing their payment related functions. The customer would be
making a payment for the service they receive for the organization. An invoice would
be generated for the payment made by the customer, however, the old system
