To enhance the quality of the study, online interaction between the student and the educators was also made feasible. The educators were the professors from different participating universities of the world university. The discussed measure had the capability to bring in major change in the education status at a global level. Decisions taken by the Management of World University The senior officials of the World University evaluated the current position and decided on two major schemes that could be of great assistance to the organisation. The first decision was introduction of a particular customer loyalty scheme that was named as “Study Together”. The discussed scheme is basically a refer program where the students that are associated with the subject (World university) would get a credit felicitation when someone referred by them joins the subject (Kellermann & Jones, 2013). The amount of credit felicitation is non-variable and e- commerce tools such as credit card or PayPal would be used to pay the amount. The credit mode of the discussed decision is faster than other universities which in the process keeps the students happy and satisfied. The second decision undertaken by the university was to provide laptops to the students which will assist them in the education and other means (Lloyd, 2017). The students in the deemed process does not have to buy an e-book or laptop as the university will provide them a pre-configured laptop. The software needed for the academic purpose of the subject will be pre- installed in the system to ensure that no additional expense is incurred on the student. To leverage the decision, the buying cost of the system is included in the course fee that will in the process mitigate the chance of avoidance.

Depending upon the needs of the organization as evaluated form the case study, the following two business processes could assist the subject in enhancing their business model: Incorporating Compliance:Compliance is the term that generally refers to the legal & safety auditing and monitoring. It is advisable that the organization adopts the compliance as a business process and should enforce the stakeholders (staffs and students) of the University to oblige by them (Sun & Jeyaraj, 2013). The reason for proposing the discussed processes lays on the fact that the compliance will ensure that the University is not gripped within illegal activities and the student would stay ensured about their safety.Other significant advantages of inducing compliance into the business model are also available however, the most prominent have been discussed above. Processing Risk Management:The second business process that the subject of the paper should incorporate is the risk management process. Risk management basically refers to formulatingplanstoavoid, controlandmitigaterisksthatmaybeassociatedwithan organization. It differs according to the operations of the organization. The risks that may be associated with the subject are mostly security & privacy associated. The reason for the above-

The deemed riskshouldbeseriouslyconsideredbytheorganizationasitwouldnotonlyhurtthe sustainability & resources of the organization but will also influence the reliability of the students of the over the organization (Schnoll, 2015). Other risks may also be associated with the subject that may adversely affect the organization in different ways and hence, it is mandatory for the organization to have a process for managing risk in place. They can adopt different risk management processes that are available or can themselves devise some strategy that would be suitable for the University’s environment. Hence, the discussion above can be emphasized to state that the above discussed processescanprovetobeofgreatsignificancetotheUniversityandhenceshouldbe incorporated at.
