For implementing IT in any type of business, IT management is asignificant factor. The IT management helps to control every layer of the information system.In the following report, a real world scenario of World University has been taken. Thereport discusses the decisions taken by the senior management. Business models have beenproposed and the role of social media to promote the business model has been evaluated andexplained.DiscussionCase StudyIn the following case study, a group of private universities collectively known asWorld University provides students from all over the world with online courses. The studentsget the advantage of availing the online courses form any part of the world anytime. Theinteractions as well as the classes are all done through the internet online (Jones et al., 2014).The lecturers that are involved with the online courses come from renowned universities fromall around the world and the technology has a lot of potential in bringing a major revolutionin the education sector.
