IT MANAGEMENT ISSUES2Introduction:The report below would be mainly discussing about the World University. A group oforganization has come together to form a University which is associated with conducting all itsbusiness on an online platform. It is possible for any of the students to get all the lectures onlineand this can be done by simply logging in into the students portal. This online portals would alsobe helping the students to study at any time of the day. There exists no way of physicalinteraction with the staffs and the faculties all the interactions are done online. Besides this theuniversity is also associated with providing the students with a facility of getting graduated fromany university. Besides this the senior management has also been associated with taking ofcertain decisions in order to gain certain benefits from the various processes of the University(Dekker et al., 2013). The management of the university has been focusing only on the businessside of the education and then on the teaching side. The management has been associated withusing the students for getting various types of benefits from the business and this is done bypromoting the offerings of the university. The main objective of the university mainly includesthe providing of education all across the world by making use of the online platforms. This is thebusiness model which is associated with including both the business as well as the students. Andthe opportunity they are having are also equal (Drucker, 2012). Due to the fact that this businessis large in size therefore the issues which are rising in the business process is also very muchhigh so in this report some recommendations has been provided in order to mitigate all theissues.
IT MANAGEMENT ISSUES3The ideas of the University: World UniversityThe most important idea which is lying behind the university is to include all the privateorganizations together in order to form the World University. The Universities main aim includesthe providing of education on an online basis. This would be helping all the students to conducttheir studies on an online basis all throughout the world. Besides this the lecturers would also behelped as well and this would be helping them in providing lecture at any time (Stallingset al.,2012). Due to the fact that the whole process is online then the whole process of education wouldbecome easier and this would also be very much convenient. Besides this the staffs are alsocapable of communicating amongst themselves very easily. Besides this the students would begetting a special option as well which is the facility of getting graduated from any of theuniversity situated in different parts of the world (Fernie & Sparks, 2014). Besides this thestudents would be able to get themselves affiliated under the world university. Besides this theuniversity would also be provided to the students in every country of the world. Besides thisthere exists several opportunities for the students as well. This initiative would be helping a lot ofstudents in getting graduated from any part of the world (Stallingset al., 2012). Due to the factthat the whole process is online so the student would be capable of utilizing all the time as wellas they decide when they want to study or when they do not want to study. The university wouldalso be associated with providing other types of schemes as well and this might include theproviding of loyalty rewards, giving of job opportunities and many more.Decisions taken by senior management:StudyTogether is the loyalty scheme that has been provided by World universities seniormanagement for every students of the university. The scheme is mainly associated withproviding the students with a reward which would be making the students much more loyal
