The technological development and the automated machine that are usedfor the accomplishment of the medical response and surgery are analysed for thedevelopment of the project. The application of the medical robots in different fields areanalysed for the development of the report. There is a rapid growth laparoscopic procedureand the robot assistance that is used for creating a regular stage for the technology drivenresolution. The robots can be programmed and precise for complex articulation. The impactof the medical robots and the training required for controlling the robots are analysed for thedevelopment of the project. The outcomes that the health industry can achieve with theapplication of the medical robots are also analysed for the investigation of the report. I havedivided the project into different parts and created a project schedule for the management ofthe resources and maintaining the time line for the development of the project. The errors that can arise during the development of the robotics technology for themedical practitioners should be evaluated for the development of the project. There is amassive growth in the robotics field and it is applied in the medical filed for the diagnosis ofthe health condition of the patient and solving different health problems for the technologicaladvancement of the health treatment procedure. The use of programmable computers orrobots can help in assisting the doctors for achieving the desired goals and objectives of thetreatment and increasing the accuracy of the treatment procedure. Robotics finds its application in the orthopaedic, laparoscopic surgery and itcan become the assistant for the doctor during the surgery. The assisted functionality can helpin management of orientation and positon of the instruments that are used for the surgery.The pivot point and the segmentation of the endoscope is important for the accuracy in thesurgery and the robot assisted surgery is a safer and feasible procedure that can beimplemented for increasing the efficiency of the surgery. Thus the application of the roboticstechnology can affect the patient care and can be used for operating suites for reduction in therisk of mistakes caused by the medical personnel. Theresources that are required for the development of the project are listed in the resources sheetwith all the details. It helps in analysis of the risk associated with the development of theproject and creation of the problem solving strategy that can be applied for the developmentof the robotics project. The goals and objectives of the project are created and a planning iscreated for solving the problem to increasing the efficiency of the medical world and reducethe complication of operations. The common mistakes that are made by the human beings canbe eliminated with the application of the robotics and thus the identification of the problemsolving technique is important for successfully develop the robotics project. The robots can be used with the group of OrthoDoc, surgical planner forperforming the operation and it is important that the robot should be programmed and testedbefore application in the medical field. For example if a leg surgery is going on and thepatient moves his legs the robot should stop automatically. Autonomous motions should beapplied for the implementation of the safety concerns for the doctors and the patients. Theidentification of the problem is important for eliminating the errors in the codes and theproject schedule e should be followed for the development of the project within the estimatedtime and duration. The lack of safety and involvement of the development team can affect thequality of the project. The development team should follow the basic standards for thedevelopment of the project and if any error is detected during the advancement of the projectthe errors should be removed immediately for improvement of the quality of the project. Themotors and the sensors installed in the robot should be configured according to therequirement and the roles and responsibility of the users must be assigned according to theskills and knowledge of the development team such that the errors are eliminated and theefficiency of the robots are increased. The robots should be installed with battery forproviding power to the different sensors and the device installed in the robot. I found that the arms of the robot should have low friction and lowinertia such the surgeon should not face any difficulty while moving the arms of the robots.The arm should act as a haptic device is designed to resist the motion and push back thesurgeons hand if motion outside the planning is detected.
