INTRODUCTION
The report is mainly focused on the computer repair, maintenance and sales company in
Australia. Each and every branches are used the internet services where established the
centralised connection with other customers. In order to propose the new system which help for
replacing IT infrastructures project “Giant project”. The report will discuss about the PMBOK
methodology which provide complete charter, schedule, plan and budget. It will describe about
the different steps which undertaken for completing the project. It also understand the application
of agile concept and show use of slack as well as trello for purpose. Furthermore, it will compare
the strength, weakness of project management methodologies. However, it will describe about
the ethical issues related to IT projects.
TASK 1
By using PMBOK methodology, provide the complete project charter, budget, schedule and
plan.
PMBOK is based on the methodology framework of standards, processes, terminologies,
practices and guideline that accepted as project management. It is to be consider as most efficient
framework from PMI which often thought of traditional project management methodology. This
method is mainly referred as five forces step of project management. It mainly include initiating,
planning, controlling, executing and closing (Hill A.T. and Nelson, 2019). Sometimes, it mainly
contain the process of technique which always providing the facilities to evaluate the current new
projects.
PMBOK us the best practices that useful as foundation but it also implementing the
methodology. In order to examine which processes apply in it. As per case study, Australian
sales company will be PMBOK method for maintaining overall structure, workflows and
governance where adapting the significant circumstances (Hill A.T. and Nelson, 2019).
Project charter
The charter is a type of project best marketing tool which mainly created at vary start of
project. In sales company, team members are mainly focused on selling the product and service.
so that they will try to set up project goal and idea that need to begin. It is to be consider an ideal
place to document the relationship between organizational strategy and project development.

team. During early stage, it will be developed the project budget estimates. Furthermore, team
manager is responsible person for assuring that project team develops cost estimates on the basis

 Building right team and product map: It is another important step where create or develop
versatile team which performed the step of success. Project manager is responsible for
designing, execution and delivery (Younas and et.al., 2019). It should require the training
of team member where they can perform the task in proper manner. Another way, it also
helping from other department as well as consultant from outside the company.
 Release plan: In this phase, it mainly involved the high level plan along with product
details, entire team members led by other project manager. By using agile concept, it can
be developed the cycles which are relatively effective and short. Afterwards, it also
delivered the working software which undergoes various sprints before reaching to the
client’s hands. During planning, it will be adding the feature and subsequently reviewed
on the product launch.
 Conducting meeting through IT team: it is an essential step that require to identify the
overall progress of current project. In order to assess the progress of sprints, work has
been completed by team members (Diebold, Theobald and Rausch, 2019). Project
manager is monitor the activities of team members for identifying any problem or issue
during project executions.
These are considered as important steps in the project development by using agile methodology.

As per discussion, it can be identified the ethical issue during project development. So as
require to maintain or contain the accessibility project to resolve issue at that point. As per case
study, Sales company that IT team members perform the significant role within project
development (Widiningrum, Pratami and Haryono, 2020). It should follows the different steps
for participating in project development. On the other hand, company is focused on the repair
computer, handle their maintenance activities.
The project manager have to face multiple ethical issues every day. The major problem is
that when they are not given proper training to their staff members regarding ethical issues. In
order to focus on technical knowledge especially when IT team work together if not resolve
issues properly. It directly impact on their efficiency as well as performance (Widiningrum,
Pratami and Haryono, 2020). So as require to maintain the workplace culture or environment
according to the requirement of IT staff members.
As identified the following common ethical issues consider by Australian based sales
company.
Violation of basic right of employees: it is one of most common ethical issue when project
manager misuse their power by violating the basic right of other members. In this way, it has
increased the conflict among members. Project manager engage with the members even after
office timings. Moreover. They do not provide the leave during emergency. These things may
decrease the motivation level of team members. Therefore, they were not focused towards the
project development activities.
Ignoring health and safety standards: It is an important thing that require to provide better
health, safety service at workplace. In order to develop an effective working environment which
always inspire or motivate the people towards project management (Widiningrum, Pratami and
Haryono, 2020). Sometimes, it will be develop as critical ethical issue where project manager
should ignore this standards. They cannot take care of things at workplace.

repair, maintenance and sales company in Australia. Each and every branches are used the

propose the new system which help for replacing IT infrastructures project “Giant project”. It

and budget. It can be determined the different steps which undertaken for completing the project.

purpose. Furthermore, it also compare the strength, weakness of project management
