rates, effective features like managing the passwords and VPN so as to provide the customer
support. it is also easy for the setting up and convenient in use (Baker, 2022).

Microsoft office is referred as the suite of various applications which are designed and
created to help with the productivity and completion of tasks and activities on the computer.
It can also be helpful in creating the documents and editing them too. The Ms office also

the productivity as well. It also allows the individuals to create the wimple word processing
and documents such as, letters, reports including the adding colour option and clip art. There
are a lot of applications of Ms office which has unique feature and purpose so as to add the
specific value for its users. Such as, Microsoft word is used to create documents, Microsoft
PowerPoint is used to make presentations and outlook is used to manage the e-mails and
calendar.

DSS (Decision Support System)- Taking effective decision is very important for any business, it
helps the company to achieve their goal more efficiently. Decision support system beneficial for
saves time and build confidence during the organisation decision- making. When the company use
this system, so they assist from its data analysis and ability to identify patterns. Different Decision
support system have an option to streamline their productivity and helps the company for decisions-
making at work. It is type of information system that benefits to analyse the data to support
executive, mangers and employees in company decision- making. These system asses the huge
amounts of data, find the patterns and analyse the effects for business decisions. DSS uses the
current and past data to predict the future trends, that reduce the risk and saves time. This
information systems encourage the company in decision- making activities that require in judgment,
willpower and categorisations of actions (Bhaskar, Tiwari and Joshi, 2020).
i) Along with it assist by the mid- and high- level management of the company to
examining the huge volumes to unstructured data and accruing the information that can
help to solve problems in decision – making. The main purpose of support system to
produces the detailed information report for the meeting and analysing data, which is

facilitate the transparency, block chain is popular because of its impeccable security features and
transparency. It is the system which record those transactions which is made in bitcoin or another
cryptocurrency, they maintain the several computers which are linked in a network. There are some
advantage and disadvantage of block chain.
