The main objective of this report is to elaborate the current business status of the
organization Shore & More Bicycles. Followed by this aspect this report will also consist a
detail analysis of the key aspects to incorporate the IT infrastructure in the selected
organization with the purpose to provide benefits to the organization as well as to the
employs. Along with analysing the key aspects for IT infrastructure a detail gap analysis has
been included into this paper with the purpose to identify the necessity of the incorporation of
IT system into the organization Shore & More Bicycle. Followed by these this report will
also include the detail investigation on the currently available software, currently available
hardware as well as what are the need for the company to implement such IT infrastructure
into the organizational structure. Along with this it will also provide a study on what
emerging technologies needed to implement the proposed system. Lastly, this report will
conclude by developing a rollout schedule which needs to be followed for to develop the
suggested system.

After analysing the entire case scenario of the organization Shore & More Bicycles it
has been observed that there is a huge necessity of the Information technology as it holds the
vision that express to incorporate effective communication network as well as advance
database management system which holds the capability to effectively perform the
organizational operations. Considering the above mentioned mission and vision a detail
elaboration on the key aspects which needs to focus that are stated below with detail
elaboration:
 Since, from the analysis on the business structure of Shore & More bicycles it has

which are geographically different from each other. Thus, it has been determined that
this organization needs an effective database management system which must hold

global database which will be independent irrespective to the locations. Considering

important to incorporate such database management system which will provide
effective data accessibility, integrity as well as data confidentiality.
 Followed by the above mentioned consideration security is also a very significant
aspect of incorporating an Information Technology into the business structure of any
organization. It has been also discussed above that the organization must implement a
database management system which follows the three major aspect of information
system, those aspects are the data integrity, data confidentiality as well as the data
availability. Thus, the organization must incorporate such IT systems which holds
