In this context, ICT allows as well as provides the inclusive infrastructure and management tools for capturing knowledge through knowledge management (KM) processes within enterprises. In addition, for successful capturing knowledge through KM, assessment as well as defining ICT abilities is important. ICT facilitates as well as supports KM processes like capture, storage, sharing, retrieval, collaboration as well as dissemination. Here, ICT utilize tools as well as networks for enabling KM for people(Allee 2016).In this way, ICT supports and assists us for managing and capturing knowledge through knowledge portals, DBMS systems, Data Mining, Data warehouse, Academic content and their exchange, electronic document management system, individual communities of interests along with the communities of practices(Gao, Li and Clarke 2015). Solution 2 As we know that it is very important to have an information based culture and hence here we will discuss major components which would assist a new organization while building an info culture(Baloh, DEsouza and Paquette 2017). An organizational culture is a modern addition to global vocabulary since the 1980s. In this context, organizational culture of a new organization will majorly involve how that organization will function as well as express itself(Gao, Li and Clarke 2015).In addition, information culture will define the personality of new organization and hence encompasses three major components: 1.Values: this component will be helping new organization for having an info culture by clearly defining what organization does, their mission. 2.Assumptions:thesearetheattitudesbasedoncompanyactionswhichwillinformwhat organization’s employees think 3.Artifacts: this component represents in terms of products, publications, technologies, processes, location, dress code, and architecture(Gao, Li and Clarke 2015). Solution 3 In order to find the difference between ontology and knowledge ontology, ontology typically describes the properties, types, as well as interrelationships amid entities. On the other hand, knowledge ontology is an assemblage of entities where the properties and types have pre-defined values declared for them. In knowledge ontology, relationships amid entities are mapped in terms of a knowledge graph(Baloh, DEsouza and Paquette 2017). In this way, major difference among the two is that Ontology refers as a description of how an actual object can be represented, whereas knowledge ontology is a digital representation of Ontology like computing science concepts:structs,graphs,classes andtrees. Solution 4 There are so many major differences between tacit and explicit knowledge. Although, both are the completely different KM approaches yet both types of knowledge are equally important to KM. In this way, it is hard or impossible to define which knowledge has the greater value over the others(Allee 2016). Tacit knowledge is allabout knowing-how of the situation. In addition, knowledge resides in the human-mind from experiences and jobs come under this category(Gao, Li and Clarke 2015).On the other hand, explicitknowledge is all about knowing-that which means knowledge codified as well as digitized within books, reports, documents and memos comes under this category(Bosua and Venikitachalam 2015).
