1. Introduction
This report aims at analysing the requirements and needs of the customers for the
proposed automated system that is a helpful approach towards delivering the medical services
through cutting many expenses. The Australian community would be able to avail better,
enhanced,, and cost effective medical services. Electronic collection and exchange of the data or
information related to the medical status will allow the individuals to get instant suggestions and
services related to the medical conditions. This paper covers the stakeholders involved in this
project and their roles and responsibilities considering their interest and impact level. A
stakeholder has been presented considering these aspects. A Use Case have also been presented
in this paper considering the visual presentation of the functions involved in accomplishing the
activities within the system. A completely developed Use Case have also been proposed in this
report emphasizing on the actions of the system in the case of the medical suggestions to the
patient.

4.2 Brief Use Case Description
Use Case 1: Registration
Description:
The very step for the actors of this system will be to input the personal information in the
system through registering in the system. This is the precondition for every other use case
followed by this.
Use Case 2: Information sharing
Description:
The primary actor in this use case will be the patient who will be selecting the option
with whom the uploaded data and information will be shared. It will allow the patients to choose
the right individual and the healthcare who should take the responsibility for the treatment of the
individual.
Use Case 3: information access by the medical specialist
Description:
Primary actor will be the medical specialist and the shared information will be made
available to the medical specialists who will be creating other file considering the present and
past medical treatments of the individual to prepare the suggestions.

Use Case 4: Medical Treatment Suggestions
Description:
Primary actor will be the doctors and medical staffs who will be sharing the suggestions in the
system for the secondary actor use who could further access the information.
Use Case 5: Access Suggestions
Description:
Patients would be able to access the data or information provided by the doctor in the
system and thus, could practice them for staying healthy. The data and information will be
utilized by the patients.
