ABSTRACT The entire research was
conducted extensively upon the selected topic
that is Cloud computing application in E-
Government projects for the purpose of
identifying the potential Cloud computing
applications along with identifying the
technologies which are required for the purpose
of extensively using the technology in the
projects related to e-government. The entire
research has also been associated with looking
out for the potential advantages and the
disadvantages of using Cloud computing in the E-
Government projects.

INTRODUCTION
The entire research has been conducted by
following two main research steps and firstly this
includes the identification of the implementation
of the Cloud computing technology by the
government by means of doing a rigorous review
of the literature and for doing this some of the
major key terms were used for searching the
databases. The key terms include the “cloud
computing”, “e-government”, “and benefits” and
many more. Different databases were searched
for finding the relevant materials and the
database have been associated with helping a lot
in finding of great deal of the articles which are
associated with showing the potential application
of the Cloud computing in the e-government
project [1]. followed by this the results obtained
were filtered so as to conduct the forward as well
as the backward searches for the purpose of
selecting the relevant articles which are seen to
be based upon the criteria which are to be
included in the theoretical decision related to the
Cloud computing implementations.
A. Research Problem
Cloud computing or the Cloud computing is
associated with working as an important aspect of
the e-government projects and the reason lying
behind is that it acts as physical object which is
having the capability of communicating digitally
which are not only related to a single entity but is
also capable of getting connected to the
surrounding objects as well as to the data
infrastructures. This in turn is associated with
putting forward of a situation where many of the
physical objects would be acting in a unified
manner by means of the ambient intelligence [2].
The device along with the communication existing
between these devices is capable of providing
enough quality data which would be helping in the
generation of the information which are required
by the government as well as the citizens for the
purpose of taking right decision at the right time.
Research Method
Two research methods have been used which
includes the data analysis and the literature
review. The literature review is very helpful is
providing an overview of the body of knowledge
which are already existing along with allowing the
analysis of the gaps which are identified in the
knowledge or in focus area [3]. Besides this the
review also helps in providing of some of the key
definitions which in turn has been associated with
helping in developing a knowledge base which
would be much more border in the area of
research. In addition to this the case studies have
also be researched which is one of the widely used
qualitative research methodology for conducting
any kind of research related to information
technology. This case-study research is
considered to be well suited for the purpose of
having a better understanding of the interactions
taking place between the innovations related to
the information technology and the organizational
context. The case study have been associated
with putting forward of numerous protocols which
has been used in the case studies have also been
highlighting the different data collection
instruments [4]. For the purpose of countering the
influences which are possible related to the bias
have been associated with highlighting the fact
that multiple research methods and instruments
have been employed for the purpose of making
sure that validity is constructed by means of the
triangulation.
The literature review along with the data
analysis have been associated with providing a
demonstration of the fact that the Cloud
computing is associated with providing of
numerous expected benefits with regards to the e-
government projects which are in turn seen to be
correlated to the benefits which have been
identified by means of analysis of the case
studies[5].
PROPOSED DESIGN
The research philosophy which has been used
for conducting the entire research is the
positivism philosophy which is very much well
suited for the process of collecting the data. One
of the major reason lying behind the usage of the
positivism philosophy is for the purpose of
