The customer makes to customer service centre. In that place an executive receives
call of the consumer. If consumer performs call by using internet or fax then customer service
representative will perform a credit level verification with the help of department of credit
and verify whether the product is available or not. This check requires a valid identity of
customer and total amount of that order passed by the customer service representative. If the
consumer is new is this system then he or she has to perform proper registration to get the
identification number of consumer. If the total amount of the current order, any open orders,
as well as the unpaid receivable balance are greater than the credit limit of customer then
credit department will refuse to approve credit. Otherwise they will approve this one. If the
credit of consumer is approved then the CSR will fetch several kinds of standing data. It
includes the name of the consumer, address of consumer and different credit terms. The CSR
asks the consumer for the name and address to check whether that consumer is authentic.
After that the CSR inserts the other information related to the sales order (Botta et al., 2016).
It includes part number, quantity, price and many others. If balance visible in the inventory
data is much less than the ordered amount then other will be refunded. After the completion
of the insertion of order data, the computer can able to generate the sales record, performing
the update of the inventory data for allocating the orders of sales. It provides a number to the
CSR. He or she will deliver the number to the consumer. In the warehouse a picking ticket
comprising of bar code of sales order number has been printed printed. If the item has been
picked the warehouse professional insert picked amount on picking ticket. As soon as all the
products are picked, they can make a comparison with the picking tickets. It is used to
initialize the ticket. After that it will be migrated to the products. After that it will able to pick
ticket from shipping department. Employees of shipping department scan bar code on the
picking tickets to carry the sales order up on screen of the customer. After getting
confirmation, they choose the option for recording the shipment. This action is responsible

for giving update to the orders for sales, inventory as well as the general ledger master data. It
is used for packing the slip plus the bill of lading. Slipping labelling is attached to box. The
goods are packed having the packaging slip. The box is submitted to the carrier for giving the
delivery. If the picking ticket is completed then it will be discarded. If the record of the
consumer does not exist then error routines will be initiated. If the consumer does not exist
then credit limit of the customer is not sufficient. The materials are not available in the exact
amount. It may happen that the materials to be shipped do not match the order of sales.
A business process integration plan
Target business process
Major issues of this kind of business are to loss of data. The warehouse of the
company can be hacked by several hackers. It will lead to the loss of all the data related to the
sales of the consumers. For resolving this kind of problem cloud computing is implemented.
Cloud computing will provide speed as well as the flexibility to the service offered by the
company. Expectations of consumers are changing continuously. That is why the company
needs to implement this (Dinh et al., 2013). It provides security features. It will protect all the
sensitive data of the consumer. This is the basic reason for implementing cloud computing to
the customer service centre.
Needed IT resources
There are four resources that are required for implementation of cloud computing into
that customer service centre.
The cloud services can able to virtualize all the resources of data centre.
Services used by the company can be deployed and managed via public as
well as the private cloud (Hashem et al., 2015).

The company needs to add data centre management tools. Majority of the data
centres can use various kinds of IT tools for management of the billing and
customer service (Hashizume et al., 2013).
The cloud services can provide different kinds of interfaces for services,
administrator and users.
Required organisational resources
The company should hire the cloud professional for implementing cloud services to
their company. They should make sure that the hired person must hold the international
certification in cloud computing area. They should employ a cloud administrator for
monitoring the cloud services of customer service centre (Rittinghouse & Ransome, 2017).
This company must hire Certified Information Security Professional for implementing
cloud security.
Related Business roles
Cloud developers or professionals are responsible for implementing cloud services for
the company (Rittinghouse & Ransome, 2017). The responsibility of cloud administrator is to
monitor the cloud services of the company. They are also responsible for the management of
the instances of the cloud infrastructure services and more than one cloud servers.
Business process dependency
There must be a central cloud server that is responsible for storing all the information
of the consumers (Hashizume et al., 2013). Information includes the consumer as well as
sales details, shipping details, credit details and many others.
Conclusion
Cloud computing could be analysed as the latest technological development. It has the
ability to provide a large impact on this globe. It has lots of advantages that can be provided

to the consumers of the company service centre. It is very helpful to decrease the expenditure
of operations by investing a lesser amount on the maintenance and upgradation of software.
This technology provides high security and privacy. There are no such regulations for giving
information through cloud services. Many countries have no data protection laws for securing
the data in cloud software. In conclusion it could be said that cloud computing is a revolution
in computer science discipline.
