For this project the key personnel who will be responsible for completing the project
the chairman of the university and the sponsor organization. In addition to that, the
executive manager of the organization and the project managers for the project will be
responsible for successfully carrying out the project.

Key clients
Key clients are the students and the employees who are willing to enhance their skills
in the industry. In addition to that, the professors and the course co-ordinates of the
universities are also the clients of the platform.
3 PROJECT SCOPE AND SPRINT RELEASE PLANNING
The Project is desired to develop a platform that can help in reducing the lack of co-
ordination between the employers and the students for a given industry or field of study
by providing work integrated learning environment. The scope of the project includes
i. Developing a website with a single URL for employers, faculty (Professors and
course coordinators) and students to have unified platform which can be
accessed using their credentials.
ii. A wide and modern platform that will process the data coming from three
different sources and regulate them in as per the user requirement at any point
of time.
iii. Easy governance of the different functionalities related to access levels, students
monitoring and associated other tasks.
iv. Providing better information to the users (students, employers and coordinators
in real-time) to bridge the gap between the required skills of the students for an
specific industry.
v. Providing better employability to the students through work integrated learnig
process.
Sprint release planning
For the first prototype the project is scheduled for 4 months’ time period.
Home page along with the navigation with other pages without any functionality:
completed in first 1 weeks.
Database schema for Login, registration and other database driven pages are completed
in 1 Week.

4 METHODOLOGY AND APPROACH
Agile methodology is used for the development of the proposed website and apps. As
this methodology is helpful in accommodating newer requirements by the clients or
the users with faster software development process. Project manager facilitates and
monitors the development plan pursued by the team while eliminating bottlenecks in
the project. In this model the team communicates with the clients and stay focused to
deliver prototype of the application on regular basis. For this project the feature
selection and prioritization setting meetings were held at the end of each module to
make the clients test the developed module with its implemented functionalities.
Contrary to the waterfall model the development team decides after communication
with the clients in the sprint meetings about the features that are targeted to
accomplish.
