Important decisions made by Jeff Bezos There are various decisions made by the leader which has resulted to the overall growth of the company in the highly competitive market. It has been observed Jeff Bezos have positive attitude towards managers and employees. He pays attention on the queries and feedback given by the managers and employees. Jeff Bezos focuses on the strategies to make the important decisions. The first is related with: ensuring that people really want to work with the company. The best idea considered by Jeff Bezos is “Pay to quiet” (Nisen, 2019).It has been stated that Jeff Bezos made the decision in relation to the new hiring done in the company.
