INTRODUCTION
 Leadership is being defined as the art of managing and getting work
done by others in order to attain the overall business objective.
 For the effective working of the business it is essential that good
leadership style is being used by the business in order to have good
working environment.
 The current presentation is based on leader Jeff Bezos who is CEO of
Amazon.

CASE STUDY
 Jeff Bezos is CEO of Amazon which is the leading
multinational E-commerce platform which has its
operations in all over the world.
 At the start of this business Jeff started the business
operation in 1994 in a garage.
 He has already spends over £74 billion for the year. The
leadership quality of Jeff Bezos has enabled him to take
Amazon to great success.

 Jeff Bezos has been leading Amazon for a long time now and the
leadership style he utilizes are transactional and authoritative
style.
 Due to these styles the culture of the organization has started to
turn negative due to which the resources are feeling threatened
and sabotaged and lack of support.

 In this leadership style the emphasis over the performance,

positive and negative motivation

 In this theory it has been said that individual's quality is
what makes them the leader they are along with their
traits which help permit the acts of a good leader.

 This theory suggests that the leader's effectiveness is in
performing his actions and decision on the basis of different
situations which occur in the organization regularly.

 It allows Jeff Bezos to take corrective actions which are
considered to be very highly beneficial for the affectivity of
the situation.

CONCLUSION
 The above presentation evaluated the fact that leadership is
very important for the business.
 The reason underlying this fact is that when effective
leadership will be applied then this will provide a base to the
company to work in effective way.
 The presentation highlighted the fact that different qualities of
