who is the one who have made the plans to grow in to the largest retailers of the world. The
success of Amazon is defining the leadership of Jeff Bezos and he is one of the Best according to
the Fortune Magazine. He understands the importance of leadership in the culture of the
organisation and he wants to improve the quality. The organisation is focusing on the needs of
the employees and he makes them feel that they are the part of the organisation and they are
helping them in improving the performance (Stewart-Banks and et.al., 2015).
The organisation should have the employees that are helping them in giving quality
products. Jeff Bezos is the engineer, retailer, founder and CEO of Amazon.com and his skills has
made the organisation one of the largest retail store in the world (Famakin and Abisuga, 2016).
The organisation was a book store and started the business by selling online. They have
diversified in products and services. The CEO of Amazon is one of the richest and the
organisation is growing with many people working for improving the performance (.Kang,
Solomon and Choi, 2015). He is having many leadership traits and it is made the organisation
increasing the performance. The leadership qualities and skills of Jeff Bezos is focusing to the
needs of customers and giving them good products. The organisation is making 500 plans and
80% are focusing on the needs of customers. He thinks that the most important factor for the
success of the organisation is the how we are giving good services to customers. He is little crazy

autocratic, participative, delegative, transactional and transformational.
The autocratic leader is the one who is taking the decisions in the organisation. It is a
centralised leadership where the decisions are taken by the leaders and the employees have to
improve the performance (Politis and Politis, 2016). The autocratic leadership is in the
organisation where there are less employees and they do not want to take the suggestions. The
advantage of the leadership is that the plans are made easily and they are involving less cost. The
problems in the organisation are reduced and they are helping the organisation in improving the
performance. They are making the employees reducing the quality of the work. The leadership
of Jeff Bezos is autocratic because he monitors the performance of the organisation. He is

the employees because they will help the organisation in attracting customers.
The transactional leadership is helping the employees because the leaders will give the
