INTRODUCTION
Leadership is the procedure of influencing individual
behaviour and attitudes of other people. It is considered
as an important function of management that helps in
maximizing efficiency in order to attain overall vision &
goals of business (Capuana, and Bachellor, 2022). The
PPT will cover leadership styles and theories adopted by
the incredible leader Jeff Bezos. In addition to this, self
reflection is provided on my personal traits and skills.

About Jeff Bezos
• He is an American entrepreneur born on 12th January, 1964 which
is founder, executive chairman and former president of Amazon
• He is considered as an innovative business leader in world. His
leadership is known for planning and delivering results through
creativity.
• His ability to innovate and envision helps in expansion and
growth of company. He is recognised as transformational leader
to motivate and inspire team members for achieving more.

LEADERSHIP STYLES
It is refereed as different approaches of leader's methods and
behaviours which provides direction, executing plans & motivating
people. It helps in improving the leadership abilities in different
situations. The leadership styles followed by Jeff Bezos are as
follows-

Leadership theories is refereed as explanation of how and why
certain people becomes leaders by focusing on traits and behaviours
which people can adopt foe increasing their leadership capabilities

SELF -REFLECTION
• I will posses strategic leadership which helps me in delivering special and
unique strategies that can make organisation successful. With the use of
team leadership style
• I will follow the theories of great man as leaders posses internal
characteristics such as confidence, intelligence.
• I have acquired the skills of critical thinking in order to become a successful
leader by gathering information and analysing to have better understanding.
• Time management skill is also very essential for being great leader which
helps me in accomplishing daily tasks by formulating to-do lists, prioritising
important tasks.

CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it can be concluded that leadership is a art to motivate group of people in
order to act towards attaining common objective. To become an effective leader, there is need to
posses exceptional traits and skills. The skills of leadership can be learned through application of
leadership attributes. Leaders can create commitment as well as enthusiasm among followers to
achieve goals.
