RECOMMENDATIONS The style of leadership followed by Jeff Bezos is a combination of transformational and transactional in which the leader is visionary and wants the employees to also grow with the organisation and transform themselves on own to meet the organisational objectives, but also makes sure that the deadlines are met. However, there are certain points on which improvement can be made. They are as follows: A)Although leadership style followed by Jeff Bezos is transformational, it has been also transactional where employees come after customer. This marks value of employee being less. This has to be changed with an attitude of employee being assets of organisation and not just employees (Gradinaru and et.al., 2020). B)It is human to make errors sometimes and there has to be a modified approach in transactional leadership followed where employees are given chance of recovering from mistakes rather than giving punishment. This will eradicate the unwanted fear and motivate employees to be at their best for the organisation (Breuer and Szillat, 2019). C)Setting high examples is good but one cannot expect every employee to reach them. The employees can get stress due to this. Thus, they can be assisted through training measures and a more humane approach. Employees will become self-motivated to reach the standards set through transformational approach here.
