Jet2holidays is tour operator company that provide the holiday package in the hospitality,
tourism industry (Page, 2019). It offers the great holiday packages to their customer and
destination from ten UK airports includes the family packages. The focus on company is provide
better customer services and routes to leisure destinations. This report will discuss the
organizational structure and its benefits as well as discuss the business environment's analysis
with internal and external environments through the helps of SWOT and PESTLE analysis.
Organization structure
Jet2holidays company had hierarchical structure or tall structure. It has includes the many
leaders and layers of the management within the organization. Company follow the top to down
approach with the long chain of command for proper control and coordination. Manager also
have the narrow span of control so, it helps in manage the organization structure of jet2holidays
(Mcconnell, 2021). It includes the managerial position in business involves the senior manager,
vice presidents, supervisor and assistant manager. It consists the pyramid structure of business to
represent the control, communication and authority. There are many managerial level within the
organization.
