This dissertation explores the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance in Shell Oman Marketing. It includes a literature review on job satisfaction and employee performance, research methodology, data analysis, findings, and recommendations. The study aims to identify the factors influencing job satisfaction and the impact of job satisfaction on employee performance. The research is conducted using a quantitative research method and primary data is collected through a survey of 80 employees of Shell Oman. The study provides recommendations to improve job satisfaction and employee performance in the organization.
