initiated by then HR of an organization in association with the operations manager or other
hierarchy of management contributes towards empowering the activities of the workforce. In
this relation, the HR of an organization plays an important role in empowering job motivation
among the employees while mitigating the concerns that are being faced by the latter while
operating in accordance with the common objectives of the business. The topic seeks to identify
the different activities that are undertaken by the Hr managers or personnel in an organization
with the purpose of improving the job experience of the employees leading them to job
satisfaction.
Topic 2: The contribution of HR in empowering organizational innovation
The HR of an organization supports in improving the innovativeness and optimized operational
efficacy through their talent management and recruitment related activities. Moreover, the HR
partners of an organization takes the initiative of adhering to the training based needed of the
workforce while providing the same with support in gathering knowledge on the different
processes. Therefore, the proactive support and guidance that is provided by the HR personnel to
the workforce specifically encourages the innovative capabilities of an organization.
