Introduction
This report summarize about the different factors which are examined for an
organization, which includes behavior, structure and processes. By considering these
fundamental of an organization the factor which is chosen in the report is Job Satisfaction. In the
analysis facets of job satisfaction is also discussed which describes its importance for an
employee and the organization. Every employee has to work according to parameters of the
organization and some of the policies are seems to be biased for employee that lead employee to
think about satisfaction in the job or with the company, hence the causes for the job satisfaction
are also mentioned in the report.
Organization: Behavior
The term is consists of two different terms in which Organization defines that it is a
group which people perform or executes the tasks in order to achieve goals or targets which are
responsible for the growth and development of particular organization and for the career of an
employee as well. Working of an organization is depending on two major concepts which are
coordination and delegation among the member of organization (Tasselli, Kilduff, & Landis,
2018). Behavior defines the attitude or the characteristics which is reflected by an individual
which impacts his/her surroundings.
Organization: Structure
The phenomenon which defines the responsibilities, roles, and supervision to the people
working in any organization is known as structure of an organization. It is the plan which is
usually pre-defined or plotted through chart included in job role (Van Wart, & Denhardt, 2019).
There are two types of Structure defined for any organization which is defined below:
i. Centralized Structure of Organization
ii. Decentralized Structure of Organization
Organization: Processes
Activities which are needed to perform so that the outcomes of task can be fulfilled. This
fundamental of an organization provides determination of performing task to complete the
