INTRODUCTIONHuman resource is term which assign right person at a right job on the basis of their skillsand talent to perform their job role effectively. Motorola is one of a largest organization byhaving its branches in number of countries with almost 100,000 employees at their workplace(Berman, and et. al., 2012). This report is segmented into different parts for highlighting thebenefits of one of major policy which is adopted by referred enterprise that is “job sharing”.Therefore main motive of this assignment is to throw some lights on drawbacks and advantagesof this method used by industries available in UK. QUESTIONS1.Motorola's job sharing system fit with their business needsDistribution of job between two individuals is known as job sharing which is very muchappropriate and fit for large organization just like Motorola because it helps in classifying jobrole of 24 hour into two employees. Therefore they can easily attain their company goals andobjectives in a given time frame which is beneficial for enterprise. In fact job sharing is termwhich is a key to success as it supports in distributing task and activities between differentemployees on the basis of their talents and skills (Boxall and Purcell, 2011). According to given case study of Motorola it has been understood that job sharing is aneffective method of fulfilling all the relevant needs of an enterprise by hiring best and deservingcandidates to accomplish task of company. Last but not the least it act as a very useful orimpressive tool of expanding business entity in various countries for capturing the minds ofmillions of customers with their qualitative networks (Job Sharing, 2017). 2. Requirements faced by female employees in work life balance arrangementsIt is not easy for female workers to manage professional and personal life together due tonumber of reasons for example family problems, health issues etc. As per above scenario it hasbeen analysed that previously female employees are not comfortable to work in full time.Therefore idea of job sharing emerges which helps them to join an organization for living theirlivelihood more comfortable. After introduction of this method, number of female employees areready to work due to number of benefits because of job sharing that is mentioned below:- Maternity leave.Emergency leave at the time of requirement due to any health issue.1
