meta-analysis

Study background
Venous thromboembolism is defined as the thoughtful difficulty of knee
arthroscopy which clues to the bottomless intravenous coagulation and pulmonic
embolism. The LMWH technique is mainly used in the field of knee arthroscopy in order
to decrease perioperative thromboembolic problems.
Methods and results
In this study, 7 randomized managed scientific hearings on LMWH in the field of
lap arthroscopy were evaluated and added in this meta-evaluation. The major results of
the LMWH technique for the prevention of PE and DVT were assessed with the help of
review manager 5.3 tools. It is indicated that the LMWH technique comprised around
79% of asymptomatic DVT and there is is not association was identified in the
symptomatic VTE, and symptomatic DVT. Deaths were not involved in this journal
paper and there was a less incidence of minor bleeding in the control team.

In this study author discussed venous thromboembolism, DVT and PE in detail
and also explained the low molecular weight heparin technique. The researcher also
discussed the safety of LMWH, and efficacy of LMWH.
Article Critique
According to the author, the knee arthroscopy is very mutual medical technique
for the knee and many individuals are facing the knee disease. The researcher also
observed that there are major two kinds of disease occur due to knee diseases such as
pulmonary embolism and deep venous thrombosis (Huang, et al., 2018). In this study all
7 randomized marinated and controlled trials that involved around 3879 consumers
that provided their views on the efficacy of LMWH. Moreover, the researcher utilized

the random effect technique in order to combine asymptomatic DVT data and compared
with the control group. It is observed that the occurrence of DVT in the field of LMWH
was very low and the author utilized the fixed effect process for combining the

was the major reason of the heterogeneity problem and the risks of main VTE, and PE
were not reduced through LMWH technique. The researcher analysed that there was no
efficacy for LMWH technique in individuals enduring knee arthroscopy. For analysis the

Conclusion

around 0.5% in the LMWHH and 0.6% in the control team. The results of this research
paper show that the LMWH is not an effective technique and it is recommended that
this approach should not be regularly delivered to the knee arthroscopy.
