2JOURNAL ENTRIES OF WEEKLY Week 1: Theory 1: The theory of Bureaucracy by Max-Weber, it is an administration system that is designed in a manner that to accomplish the large scale administrative tasksusing systematic work of multiple individuals. It comprises of the Administrative class, Hierarchy, Division of work, Official rules, Impersonal relationships, Official record Administrative class:This resembles that of each sub-level within an organization; each of the sub-department is being monitored by the top authority department. Hierarchy:there exists a different hierarchy level; one department is solely responsible for the accountability and reporting of another department. Within the bureaucratic organization, offices also follow the principle of hierarchy that is each lower office is subject to control and supervision by the higher office. Division of work:The entire work is being divided as per the level of specialization that is inherited within the individual workgroup. Official rules:There is a specific set of rules andprocedures that are being formulated keeping in view the nature of the business undertaking. On the other hand, this set of rules are standard and is mandatory to be followed by each of the officials and that of the departments. Impersonal relationships:This is concerned with that of the elimination of any personal feeling, attachment with that of the individual peer groups. There is a need to maintain professionalism within the office premises for which there is a specific set of rules being formulated to make sure that the personal attachments are being eliminated.

Every business-related decision and undertakings are being maintained and recorded within the official record book. On the other hand, there is a need to keep track of each of the activities; this makes sure that each of the activities aligns within the legal path. Week 2: Theory 2: Maslow’s Hierarchy Theory, according to this specific theory there exists several levels of need that is mandatory for an individual to follow to reach the peak of success. The entire theory has been classified as a different level of the hierarchy; they are as follows: 1- Psychological Needs: This is concerned with that of the psychological needs like sleep, shelter, water, clothing, sex, basic wealth, and much more.

It is gaining name, fame, love, belongings, and reputation within the society. 4- Self-Esteem: This is concerned with that of the esteem about oneself such as dignity, achievement, mastery, independence. 5- Self-fulfilment: This is concerned with realizing personal potential, self-fulfillment, seeking personal growth and peak experiences. A desire “to become everything one is capable of becoming”. Week 3: Theory 3: Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences, this theory is concerned with that of the different level of intelligences that exists within an organizational premise. It proposes that the traditional psychometric views of intelligence are too limited. This theory was first proposed by Gardner in the early era of the year 1983, within the book of "Frames of Mind: The Theory of Multiple Intelligences.” Besides, it is the Gardner that claimed that there exists a set of eight particular bits of intelligence, they are as follows, Visual-Spatial Intelligence Linguistic-Verbal Intelligence Logical-Mathematical Intelligence Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence

This individuals are perfect in the act of reading and memorizing the informations. Speaking regarding the Linguistic-Verbal Intelligence, these individuals are very accurate regarding the working objective. Working such as that of the calculation,recognizing patterns, and logically analyzing problems. These individuals are very conceptualized in nature. Speaking regarding theLogical-Mathematical Intelligence, they are the working body; they are themaincontributorstowardsthe organizationalobjective.Theyare verygood and qualitative with regard to their respective work. Speaking regarding that of the Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence, these professional bodies are the ones who have very highbodily-kinesthetic intelligence. Interpersonal skills in composed of the manner in which an individual communicated with that of another individual body by understanding their perception. This is one of the qualitative skills that are essential for the formulating a preferable business point.They are a very skilled laborer regarding the emotions, motivations, desires, and intentions of those around them. Speaking regarding that of theNaturalistic Intelligence, these individuals are more professional regarding that of thenurturing, exploring the environment, and learning about other species. Besides, these individuals are highly aware of the subtle changes in their environments.
