INTRODUCTION
Constitutional and administrative law means law which help in establish and regulate the
institution of government within the states. They are increasingly the relation between internal
and external norms. It deals with the issue which are of high political norms, they are
increasingly show the relationship between internal and external norms. In this report there is the
evaluation of both law that are used in the workplace at present or in future. There is also
analysis of this law on the personality development.
MAIN BODY
In the current situation, both the law is very important in the workplace because both
related to the role and power of the organization within the state. I learned about both law in last
two weeks that constitutional law means structure of the company within a given state namely
the parliament or legislature and normal rights of citizens in the UK. It involves right and power
of branch of government, they have their own lawyer to solve the disputes among branches.
Administrative law means the body that govern the regulation and administration of government
agencies. It present the procedures upon which government operate1.
Both the law are important for the workplace where I am working because constitutional
law describe the government rules and regulation which is running in the organization according
to the state and also deals with the structure and the broader rules and administrative law
describe the power, function , duties of administrative authorities in my organization and mainly
focus on the public need in the company and authorities person solve our issues without wasting
time
Administrative law help in protect the interest of the people as it interact with
government when people applies to social security and food stamps. They don,t abuse their
powers. And constitutional law is also important for my personality development because they
make decision on behalf of public that represent the public opinion. They exercise power which
is responsible for all the people.
In the future, both laws are useful for my workplace because in the administrative law if
in future I lost my job I can apply for social security. For this I just depend on the government to
give fair operation and secondly it also help the agency in creating the rules and procedure to get

done. Constitutional law also have power, rules and growth for the welfare of the employee in
the future time for the workplace. This law provide me rights of freedom to speech in the
company and also right to free from various types of discrimination2.

CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that constitutional and administrative law
are the public law which benefit the public in the given state by the government. It include
various Articles 32,267,136,227,311. Both law are supplementary and complementary to each
other. In this report there is the importance of law in the workplace and impact on the personality
development. Apart from this it show the use of law in future in the company.
